These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Match Prediction ("App"), published on Google Play by Kzy Studio and on the Apple App Store by Dinçer YUVA. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AI Match Prediction app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
02 Description of Service
AI Match Prediction is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered football match predictions and analytics.
- Live and scheduled match data from various leagues worldwide.
- Personalized prediction insights based on historical data.
- Favorites and bookmarking features for matches and leagues.

03 User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape or collect data from the App.
05 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction or data.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
Match predictions are generated by AI algorithms and may not always be accurate. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kzy Studio and Dinçer YUVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue.
- Financial losses resulting from reliance on our predictions.
- Data loss or corruption.
- Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
07 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of the App developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written permission.
08 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may also delete your account at any time by visiting our account deletion page.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
